Hello my name is Karen Green and I am DustpanDolly. I started my cleaning business in 2011 and I have been providing an excellent cleaning service to all my customers and to the highest standards ever since. With DustpanDolly you are guaranteed a professional, caring, reliable and trustworthy service which is affordable too.
By providing all my own materials and equipment, you can just relax and let DustpanDolly do the rest.
For every new customer I first arrange a no obligation meet and greet at your property, this I feel is the best way to ensure you are happy with me and that I can tailor the services best suited to your required needs and priorities.
I believe that good communication is key and over the years I have learnt how to work with the individual needs of my customers and check with them regularly to make sure if they are happy with the original plan or if we need to change anything.
It will always be me that will come to clean and care for your home. I will never subcontract the work out to anyone else or any company. With this in mind you can feel 100% assured that you will never have a stranger in your home, giving you full peace of mind.

EXCEPTIONAL CLEANING SERVICE I wanted someone to clean my house, not some agency cleaner working for a large company who really wasn't interested but someone who listened to what you wanted and who does what they say they will do, to a good standard and will go that extra mile if needed. Karen does all that and more, her own standards are exceptionally high and so you know you will get nothing but the best and coming home after a long week at work to find that your house is absolutely spotless is a real godsend.
